Roll out of Lauingen and let the castles come to you: Rosenschloss Schlachtegg, Schloss Bächingen and Schloss Ballmertshofen. Between them the route slips through the Dattenhauser Ried and Apfelwörth nature reserves, then the Westerried and the Augsburg Western Woods. After 98.4 km, with Dillinger Schloß behind you, Lauingen is home again.
