Roll out of Vienenburg and let the ride unfold: first through the Oker- und Eckertal nature reserve, then past the NSG Okertal südlich Vienenburg. Onward through the Mittleres Innerstetal mit Kanstein reserve and by Burg Lutter castle, before the Harly forest rounds things off on the way back to Vienenburg. Along the way, 75.3 km with 546 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface.
