Roll out from Parkeerplaats NSG Köppelmannsberg on a 71.2 km loop that's almost entirely paved. Ride through the Mittleres Innerstetal mit Kanstein nature reserve, past Schloss Volkersheim, then follow the Innerste river. Further along come Schloss Oelber, the Bockwindmühle Lichtenberg windmill and Burg Gebhardshagen, before the Tagebau Haverlahwiese nature reserve and back to the start.
