Roll out from Parkeerplaats Ebenweiler See and let the castles come to you: Schloss Aulendorf, then Hatzenturm, before the Wolfegger Ach and Scherzach rivers lead you on. Veitsburg follows, and past Schloss Königsegg the route turns for home. With 806 m of climbing across 93.2 km, mostly paved, the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried nature reserve and Ebenweiler See bookend a fine loop.
