Roll out from Parkeerplaats Nethemündung and straight into the Nethemündung nature reserve, then along the Nethe. Past the Bökerhof castle and the Oldenburg castle, the route climbs into the Schwalenberger Wald forest before the Buchenwälder zwischen Ziegenberg und Langer Berg nature reserve. It's 70.9 km, all of it paved, with 906 m of climbing, and it finishes back at the same car park.
