Roll out from the parking area at Hellental and straight into the Moore und Wälder im Hochsolling nature reserve. The route then leads past Erichsburg castle before diving into the Wälder im Solling bei Lauenberg nature reserve. Onward through the Wälder im östlichen Solling nature reserve, with 84.5 km and 1053 m of climbing along the way. Back to where you started, at the edge of the Moore und Wälder im Hochsolling.
