Roll out from Parkeerplaats Lieth and straight into the Lieth nature reserve, then on through the Hube forest. Next comes Polder I im Hochwasserrückhaltebecken Salzderhelden, another nature reserve, before the Heldenburg castle and the Laubwälder im Hils woods. It's 75.5 km with 798 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface. Back to Parkeerplaats Lieth to finish.
