Roll out of Löningen and let the Hümmling nature reserve open the ride, before the Zitterteiche reserve and the Mittelradde river keep you moving. The route then passes the Hügelgräberheide am Wiesengrund reserve on the way back to Löningen. Of the 58.7 km, a little over half is paved and the rest unpaved, with 148 m of climbing spread across the day.
