Roll out from Parkeerplaats Zitterteiche and straight into the Zitterteiche nature reserve, then past the Hüvener Mühle windmill. Onward through the Theikenmeer nature reserve and into the Oldendorfer Moor, before the Hahlener Moor nature reserve turns you for home. It's 81.9 km with 195 m of climbing, mostly paved with a short unpaved stretch. Back at the Zitterteiche car park, the loop closes.
