Roll out from Parkeerplaats Koppelwiesen and straight into the Koppelwiesen nature reserve, then on past the Mühlenmoor nature reserve and the Zitterteiche nature reserve. The Haselünner Kuhweide nature reserve comes next, before the loop turns for home. It's 68.2 km with 177 m of climbing, and the surface splits between paved and unpaved. Back at the parking spot, the legs have earned a rest.
