Roll out of Bothel and straight into the green: past the Stellmoor und Weichel nature reserve, then the Mühlenbachsee. Onward through the Veerseniederung and the Hemslinger Moor, four nature reserves in a row on a 55.5 km loop. Just over half runs unpaved, with 120 m of climbing spread across the day. Then it's back to Bothel.
