Roll out from Parkeerplaats Grundloses Moor and straight into the nature reserve of the same name, then on to Lehrdetal, another nature reserve. The Lehrde river guides you along before the route turns through Eich nature reserve, and then it's back to where you started. Of the 59.5 km, most runs unpaved, with 201 m of elevation gain along the way.
