Roll out from Parkeerplaats Mausohrjagdgebiet Lindhoop and straight into the Mausohrjagdgebiet Lindhoop nature reserve. Then it's on through the Lehrdetal nature reserve, past the Eich nature reserve and around the Hühnermoor nature reserve before the loop brings you back to the start. It's 72.8 km with 221 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface with just a sliver of unpaved.
