Roll out of Emtinghausen and let the ride unfold: first the Windmühle Emtinghausen, then along the Eiter, past the Erbhof and into the Naturpark Wildeshauser Geest. The Süstedter Bach keeps you company before the loop returns to where it began. Of the 60.8 km, almost all is paved, with a sliver of unpaved to keep things interesting. Elevation stays gentle at 120 m, so the legs can just enjoy the spin.
