The ride
Roll out from Parkeerplaats Hintere Dick-Eisenbolz and straight into the nature reserve that shares its name. From there the route runs through the UNESCO Welterbe Oberes Mittelrheintal nature reserve, then climbs past the Morshausener Eselchen viewpoint, 1517 m of elevation gain in all. With 62.0 km and most of it unpaved, the loop brings you back to where you started.
