Roll out of Oldendorf and the riding stays paved the whole way. The route runs past Bahlburger Bruch nature reserve, then Laßbrook nature reserve, before Rethmoorsee nature reserve opens up along the way. Hasenburger Bachtal nature reserve comes next, and from there it's back to Oldendorf to close the loop. 76.4 km and 268 m of climbing, all on paved ground.
