Roll out from Parkeerplaats Hasenburger Bachtal and straight into the Hasenburger Bachtal nature reserve. Then it's on through the Vierenbach nature reserve and the Schierbruch und Forellenbachtal nature reserve, before the Barnstedt-Melbecker Bach nature reserve turns you back toward the start. All 77.0 km run on paved surface, with 333 m of climbing along the way. Four nature reserves, one loop, back where you began.
