Roll out from Parkeerplaats Vogelfreistätte Jastorfer See and follow the Wipperau river out of town. The route then slips through Bornbachtal nature reserve and into the Süsing forest before a final stretch past Schierbruch und Forellenbachtal nature reserve. It's 90.0 km with 362 m of climbing, almost all of it paved, and it loops you right back to where you started.
