Roll out from Parkeerplaats Tal der Kleinen Örtze and straight into the Tal der Kleinen Örtze nature reserve. Then it's on through the Arendorfer Moor nature reserve and the Heiden und Magerrasen in der Südheide nature reserve. Around 79.0 km of riding, almost all of it paved, with 235 m of climbing along the way. Back to where you started.
