From Sichertshausen you roll out past the Schweinsberger Moor nature reserve, then on through Eisenkaute bei Bernsfeld and Lumdatal bei Allendorf. Castles stack up in the second half: Burg Ellhaus, Oberburg Staufenberg, Unterburg and Oberburg Fronhausen, before the Lahnaltarm von Bellnhausen nature reserve. Of the 80.8 km, 98% is paved and 2% unpaved, with 595 m of climbing along the way. Then it's back to Sichertshausen.
