Roll out of In der Teisebach bei Anzefahr and straight into a nature reserve, then follow the route past two watermills, Ordensmühle and Brücker Mühle. Next up are the Lahnknie bei Michelbach nature reserve and Jagdschloß Bracht, a castle on the way. The Franzosenwiesen/Rotes Wasser nature reserve and the Merzhäuser Teiche keep the scenery varied before the loop returns to the start. It's 90.8 km with 1044 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface.
