From Parkeerplaats Espey you roll out for 64.6 km, mostly unpaved, climbing 1910 m along the way. First up is Haus Bamenohl, a castle, before the Hausschlade nature reserve and the Burgruine Borghausen, another castle. Then it's on through the Breiter Hagen nature reserve to the Ruine Peperburg, a third castle, and the Buchen- und Bruchwälder bei Einsiedelei und Apollmicke nature reserve. You finish back at Parkeerplaats Espey.
