Roll out of Weißbach and let the route unfold: past Burgstall Heidenschlössle, then through the Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald nature reserve and on to Vogelhalde Sindringen-Ohrnberg. Castles keep appearing — Rotes Schloss, Schloss Rossach, later Wasserschloss Bieringen — while the Hohenberg-Setz reserve and the Doline beim Schindhölzle round out the green stretches. With 95.5 km and 1432 m of climbing, it's a day that keeps giving, and it finishes right back in Weißbach.
