Roll out of La Palmyre and let the ride unfold: first through the Forêt domaniale de la Coubre, then along the Parc naturel marin de l'Estuaire de la Gironde et de la Mer des Pertuis. The route follows the Chenal de Pélard and the Seudre before swinging past the Château de la Rigaudière, and then it's back to where you started. All 82.8 km are paved, with 321 m of climbing spread along the way.
