From Saint-Sornin you roll out past the Moulin à marée des loges, a watermill, then follow the Canal de la Charente à la Seudre and the Canal de Brouage. The route crosses L'Arnaise and L'Arnoult rivers before the Château de la Roche-Courbon and Château de Balanzac come into view. It's 86.2 km with 305 m of climbing, mostly paved with a small unpaved share. Then it's back to Saint-Sornin where you started.
