Waterside route between Gommegnies and Solesmes

The ride

This ride sets off from Saint-Python and rolls out past La Selle, L'Écaillon and La Rhonelle, three rivers that thread through the countryside along the way. The route then heads into the Parc naturel régional de l'Avesnois, a nature reserve that makes up the green heart of the loop. All 79.4 km of it is paved, with 453 m of climbing spread across the day. You finish back where you started, in Saint-Python.
