Roll out of Manzat and follow the road over 81.9 km of paved surface, with 1210 m of climbing along the way. The route traces the La Morge and La Sioule rivers before the Château de Chouvigny and the Château de la Roche appear in turn. You then ride through the Parc naturel régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, past the Château de Lord Davis, and on to the Gour de Tazenat lake. The loop closes back in Manzat.
