Roll out from Parkeerplaats Viehmoor and the nature reserve of the same name opens the ride. Then it's on past Gilder Meerbergsmoor, through the Okeraue zwischen Meinersen und Müden (Aller) and by Kranichsmoorsee, all nature reserves. With 73.6 km and 178 m of climbing, mostly unpaved, you loop back to where you started.
