Roll out from Parkeerplaats Lachte and straight into the Lachte nature reserve, then follow the Aller river onward. Next comes the Müsse nature reserve, and the Lutter nature reserve before you loop back to the start. It's 60.8 km, mostly unpaved, with 126 m of climbing along the way.
