Roll out from the parking area at NSG Nördliche Okeraue between Hülperode and Neubrück and let the loop unfold. You pass through the Nördliche Okeraue nature reserve, then the Okeraue bei Didderse nature reserve, before the Wendesser Moor nature reserve and the Fuhsetal nature reserve. With 70.3 km ahead and 144 m of climbing, it stays gentle, and 95% of the route is paved. Back at the start, the legs know they've been out.
