Roll out of Hirschaid and follow the Regnitz before the route climbs gently into Naturpark Steigerwald, a nature reserve, and on through the LSG within it. Schloss Weingartsgreuth, a castle, marks the far turn, and the Reiche Ebrach, a river, carries you back toward Hirschaid. It's 72.3 km, all paved, with 427 m of climbing — a loop that keeps unfolding.
