From Spohle you roll out past the Vareler Windmühle windmill, then dive into the Schlosspark forest and on to Schloss Rastede castle. A stretch along the Runder Teich lake leads into the Eichenbruch woods, before the route slips through the Mansholter Holz nature reserve. With 67.2 km and just 210 m of climbing, it's a gentle loop that brings you back to Spohle.
