Roll out of Ocholt and let the route carry you past the Zwischenahner Meer, a lake that sets the tone early. From there the way leads on to the Rügenwalder Mühle, a windmill standing along the ride. Of the 59.2 km, roughly two-thirds is paved and the rest unpaved, with 124 m of climbing spread across the day. Then it's back to Ocholt, where you started.
