Roll out of Lüder and let the ride unfold past the Zwergbirkenmoor bei Schafwedel nature reserve, then on through the Obere Dummeniederung. The route keeps going by the Obere Ohre / Landwehr von Rade and the Ohreaue, both nature reserves, before looping back to Lüder. Along the way you cover 71.8 km with 255 m of climbing, almost all of it on paved surface. It's a gentle wander from village to reserve and home again.
