Roll out of Wittmund and into the Wittmunder Wald, then past the Werdumer Mühle windmill and Burg Edenserloog castle. Next come the Accumer Mühle and the Barghauser See nature reserve, before Burg Kniphausen and the Upjever und Sumpfmoor Dose reserve. The loop closes through Forst Upjever forest and back to Wittmund, 97.6 km with 178 m of climbing.
