Roll out of Upgant-Schott and the route unfolds gently: 93.5 km with just 122 m of climbing, mostly on paved surface. Follow the Abelitz, then the Norder Tief, before the Alte Deichbruchstelle Lütetsburg nature reserve opens the way to Schloss Lütetsburg and Burg Berum. On to the Auricher Schloss and the Stiftsmühle windmill, then back along the Abelitz-Moordorf-Kanal to where you started.
