Roll out from Parkeerplaats Swistbach und Berger Wiesen and let the ride unfold: first the Kalkarer Moor nature reserve, then past Burg Kessenich and on toward In der Roten Maar. The Urschmaar nature reserve follows, before Burg Heimerzheim and the woods around it give way to Burg Morenhoven. With 77.0 km ahead and 570 m of climbing, it's a loop that keeps moving through castles and green spaces. The surface is nearly all paved, and the route brings you back to where you started.
