Roll out from Parkeerplaats Pohlbachtal bei Adolfseck and straight into the Burgberg und Weiherwiesen nature reserve. Then it's along the Aar, past Burg Adolfseck castle, and on to the Dörsbach. The route climbs 1218 m over 63.8 km, mostly unpaved, before the Hohlenfelsbachtal nature reserve and the return to Adolfseck.
