Start from your location
Ride there from home: we find the shortest way to the loop and start the loop from there.
The ride
Roll out of Simaghis/Simaxis and let the ride open up along the Tirso river, then follow the Riu di Mare Foghe as it winds through the countryside. Lago Omodeo comes next, a lake that anchors the middle of the loop before the road turns you back toward home. With 77.7 km and 1088 m of climbing, the elevation builds steadily across the day, and the surface is almost entirely paved with just a sliver of unpaved to keep things interesting. Spin back into Simaghis/Simaxis with the loop complete.
