The ride

From Migliarino Pisano you roll out and back on a 64.6 km loop. First comes the Parco Naturale di Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli, a nature reserve, then you follow the Serchio river. The Canale Ozzeri canal leads you onward, with 703 m of climbing along the way. Most of the riding is unpaved, so the mix keeps things varied before you return to the village.
