Roll out of Stotel and follow the Lune river before the route turns inland to the Wassermühle Deelbrügge watermill. Then it's on through the Südliches Hagener Königsmoor and Bargsmoor/Rechtenflethermoor nature reserves, with 150 m of climbing spread gently across the day. Of the 71.0 km, most is paved with a small unpaved share. The ride closes along the Inkersfleth river and back to Stotel.
