Roll out from Parkeerplaats Ruschdahlmoor and let the route unfold. First comes the Metalhenge viewpoint, then past Am Stadtwaldsee (Uni-Wildnis) and Kuhgrabensee, both nature reserves. Next you cross the Ochtumniederung bei Brokhuchting nature reserve before Burg Blomendal, a castle, and finally Ruschdahlmoor (Lesumer Moor), another nature reserve, on the way back. It's 78.2 km, with the surface split between paved and unpaved.
