Roll out of Schiltigheim and past Fort Desaix, then follow La Zorn out of town. Beyond it waits the old castle of Brumath, with L'Ill and La Souffel carrying you along the way. The route dips into the Robertsau forest nature reserve before turning for home. It's 77.3 km with 400 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface.
