Roll out of Peyrehorade and let the castles set the tone: first the Château de Montréal ou Château d'Orthe, then the Château de Bidache. The route keeps the water close, following L'Arbéroue, La Bidouze and L'Adour before reaching Les Gaves Réunis. Two manors round things off — the Maison du Sénéchal and the Maison des Jurats — and then it's back to where you began. All 78.8 km are paved, so the riding stays on tarmac the whole way round.
