Roll out of Urt on a 58.1 km loop that mixes paved and unpaved riding with 364 m of climbing. Head past the castle of Montpellier-sur-Adour and on to the castle of Saint-Martin before following the Boudigau river. La Citadelle castle and the Nive river keep you company, then it's on past Château-Neuf and along the Adour. The Ardanabie river sees you back toward Urt.
