Roll out of Sainghin-en-Weppes and follow the Canal d'Aire à La Bassée out of the village. The route then tracks the La Lawe and the Lys, two rivers that keep you company on the way round. A stop at the Réserve naturelle des prés du Moulin Madame breaks up the ride before you head back to where you started. All 71.0 km are paved, with 145 m of climbing spread across the loop.
