Waterside route between Capolona and Laterina

The ride

This 79.7 km loop rolls out of Levane and back again, with 985 m of climbing along the way. You ride past the Canale Maestro della Chiana canal and follow the Arno river before reaching the Riserva naturale Ponte a Buriano e Penna. From there the route continues through the Riserva naturale della Valle dell'Inferno e Bandella, then turns for home. A mix of paved and unpaved riding keeps the day varied from start to finish.
