Waterside loop via Frossay and Le Pellerin

The ride

Roll out of Bouaye and the route unfolds past the Villa du Châtelier castle before following the L'Acheneau river onward. From there the Canal de Haute-Perche and the Canal Maritime de la Basse Loire keep you company, with the Canal de Buzay rounding out the water-lined way. It's 71.0 km with 318 m of climbing, and the surface is almost entirely paved. Back to Bouaye you go.
