From Lilienfeld you roll out to the Traisen river, then follow the Gölsen as the road climbs. Past Burgstall Altenburg castle the route drops toward the Pielach river before turning for home. Of the 64.8 km, roughly half is unpaved, so expect a mixed surface under your wheels.
