Roll out from Parkeerplaats Erlenbruch and let the kilometres tick by. The route slips through Lundtop nature reserve, then the Löwenstedter Sandberge, before the Eichkratt Schirlbusch and the Bordelumer Heide und Langenhorner Heide mit Umgebung. Along the way you pass the Aeolus windmill, then pedal home. Just over ninety kilometres, mostly paved, with a modest 225 metres of climbing.
